Russian President greeted on opening of 2022 Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival

Dhaka August 27 2022 :

Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the 2022 Spasskaya Tower International Military Music Festival on August 26, 2022.

The message reads, in part:

“Over the past years, your large-scale creative forum has rightfully gained high popularity. As per tradition, it brings together military bands and famous performers, as well as choirs and chorographic and folk ensembles from Russia and abroad on Red Square and at other concert sites in Moscow. It familiarises the spectators with the national symbols of participating states and their military ceremonies. And, of course, I would like to note that the vast charitable programme of this year’s festival is aimed at supporting the families of military personnel who are taking part in the special military operation.

I am confident that the Spasskaya Tower festival will be held at a high level, will evoke wide public interest, and will make a contribution to the strengthening of friendship and mutual understanding between people.”

Greetings to 44th Moscow International Film Festival

Vladimir Putin sent a message of greetings to the participants, organisers and guests of the 44th Moscow International Film Festival on August 26, 2022.

The message reads, in part:

“The opening of the Moscow International Film Festival is always a significant and much-anticipated event in the cultural life of Russia and other countries. Thanks to the colourful premieres and retrospective screenings of world masterpieces, and the participation of famous cinema stars and talented debutants, the festival invariably attracts broad attention among specialists, experts and connoisseurs of cinematography. And, of course, new artistic ideas are born, business and personal contacts are strengthened, and trends in the development of modern cinema are determined on the sidelines of the festival, in the course of roundtable discussions, and professional and friendly communication.

I am confident that this forum will, as always, be a success, and will become a true celebration for people living in and visiting Moscow, giving everyone bright and unforgettable impressions.”

Greetings to 10th BelgorodMusicFest Borislav Strulev and Friends

Vladimir Putin sent greetings to the organisers, participants and guests of the 10th BelgorodMusicFest Borislav Strulev and Friends August 26, 2022.

The message reads, in part:

“For the tenth time Belgorod warmly welcomes talented artists and guests from many regions of the country, presenting at its concert venues a broad palette of music of various genres, including classics, jazz, pop, folk, excerpts from popular operas and operettas. And of course, it is gratifying that this will be an open-air festival, which means that a huge number of spectators will be able to get acquainted with the works of famous performers and to feel the powerful and inspiring energy of high art. I am sure that the forum will be remembered for outstanding performances and will help promote the great traditions of national culture.”
