Vladimir Putin sent Condolences to Mikhail Gorbachev’s family

Dhaka August 31 2022 :

Vladimir Putin sent condolences to Mikhail Gorbachev’s family on his passing on August 31, 2022.

The message reads, in part:

“Mikhail Gorbachev was a politician and a statesman who exerted a tremendous influence on the course of world history. He headed this country at a time of complicated and dramatic change and large-scale foreign policy, economic and social challenges. He realised that reforms were necessary, and he strove to suggest his own solutions to long-standing problems.

I would like to make special mention of the large-scale humanitarian, charitable and educational activities that Mikhail Gorbachev conducted in the past few years.”

Vladimir Putin sent greeted President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov

Vladimir Putin sent greetings to President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov on the occasion of Independence Day, a national holiday on August 31, 2022.

The message reads, in part:

“Relations between our countries are developing in the spirit of strategic partnership and allied interaction. Bilateral cooperation in various spheres, interaction within the Eurasian Economic Union, the Collective Security Treaty Organisation, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation and other multilateral entities is yielding good results.
